At Voltio Bikes, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. Your satisfaction and long-term riding experience are important to us. That’s why we offer a limited warranty on all new Voltio electric bikes purchased directly through our store or authorized dealers.

✅ Warranty Coverage

All Voltio Bikes are covered by the following warranty terms:

  • Frame: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects

  • Battery: 1-year warranty on lithium-ion battery performance and function

  • Motor: 1-year warranty on electric motor functionality

  • Controller & Display: 1-year warranty for defects in materials or workmanship

  • Other Electrical Components: 6-month limited warranty

⚠️ What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, chains, grips, etc.)

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance

  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or corrosion from weather exposure

  • Any issues resulting from commercial or rental use

  • Water damage due to submersion or excessive exposure to rain

🛠️ How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team at:

Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Our team will review your case and respond with the next steps within 2–3 business days.

🔁 Repair or Replacement

If a component is deemed defective under warranty, Voltio Bikes will either:

  • Repair the part at no charge, or

  • Replace the part with a new or equivalent item

In some cases, shipping costs for replacement parts may apply.

📌 Important Notes

  • Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable

  • Warranty applies to personal use only—not for commercial or fleet operations

  • Proper assembly, usage, and maintenance are required to maintain coverage
