Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Batteries that have been charged or used

Accessories are purchased separately unless faulty

Products purchased at discounted or clearance prices
Return Process

Contact our support team at support@voltiobikes.ie with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Please use a trackable shipping service and keep your shipping receipt.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations (e.g., opened packaging, missing parts).
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In that case, please follow the return process after receiving your item.
